Sandra 'Sonrisa'

Originally from Colombia, Sandra is the beginners' favourite teaching at a number of London-Salsa venues.

Since 2002, Sandra has taught Salsa and been a DJ at various venues in the UK including Salsa Fusion, Bar Havana, Bar Cuba and Go Salsa.

She has also performed in a number of traditional Colombian Folkloric Dance companies, including 'Fantasia Latina', and in the all girl Mambo group 'Duende'.

For non-Spanish speakers, Sandra's DJ alias, 'Sonrisa', means 'smile' which sums ups her warm, affectionate personality.
